International Teacher Exchange Services

About Our Program

Designated by the U.S. Department of State (DoS), ITES is an authorized sponsor organization of the Exchange Visitor Program (EVP) for teachers. The ITES program has been used effectively by U.S. schools for many years to enhance the overall education of U.S. students by exposing them to the culture and diversity of professionally qualified and experienced international educators.

The DoS Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs acknowledges the important role schools play in the continued success of the EVP. Please click here to read a letter to participating schools written by Department Director G. Kevin Saba.

ITES sponsors teachers from all over the globe and works with schools all across America.

Interested in learning more about hosting international teachers?  Please complete a brief intake form and someone from our host school placement team will contact you to set up a time to talk. There's no commitment required; we'd love a chance to discuss how the program might work for your school or district and answer any questions you may have.

Let's get started!
