Complete Full ITES Application
Submit comprehensive application materials including transcripts, teaching certifications, references, and detailed teaching experience documentation. -

School Matching & Job Offer
We connect you with schools seeking your expertise. Once matched, receive a formal job offer and Confirmation of Appointment Letter detailing salary and position specifics. -
Step 5
Visa Application & Sponsorship
Receive your DS-2019 form from ITES, pay required SEVIS and visa fees, schedule embassy interview, and complete J-1 visa application. We provide detailed instructions throughout.

Pre-Departure Preparation
Access comprehensive orientation materials covering living arrangements, cultural adjustment, teaching expectations, and financial planning. Prepare for your transformative journey with confidence. -

Arrival & In-Person Orientation
Attend in-person arrival orientation (not just online) where you'll meet fellow teachers, receive practical guidance, and connect with your support network before beginning your teaching assignment.
